Chef Khalid abu Eid - President of JCA

  • World Master Chefs Society (UK) -  Jordan Chapter Chairman

  • With over 18 years of experience, chef Khaild has developed a diverse experience in the culinary world. Shortly after graduation from food production program, he began his career in 5 stars hotels in Jordan and the Gulf region. Also, Chef Khalid holds a Master Chef Diploma from the world master chef’s society in the United Kingdom.
  • Chef Khalid joined the Jordanian Chefs Association in 2014 as a board member, As a result of great contributions in February 2016 was elected as The President for the Jordanian chefs association. Also during the year of 2015 he was elected by the Jordanian Master Chefs to be the Chairman of the Jordanian chapter of the World Master Chefs Society - United Kingdom.
  • In addition, Chef Khalid is Culinary Instructor at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (Jordan) / Les Roches since 2009. The academy is an affiliate of les Roches International School of Hotel Management, with clear objective to educate students to a high level of all-around culinary competency.


Chef Mohammad Kamleh - Vice President

  • The JCA Vice President Chef Mohammed has recently joined Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa. He also worked with Sheraton Al Nabil Hotel & Towers - Amman, Rezidor Hotels & Resorts - KSA, Kempinski’s Flagship properties- Libya, The Ciagran Palace - Istanbul, and Kempinski Ishtar - Istanbul.

  • Chef Mohammed also worked in the GCC and during that time he was the personal chef for Abu Dhabi governor family.

  • Chef Mohammed believes in culinary arts as the most exciting and challenging job in the world. As a Jordanian chef, he is always looking toward putting the Jordanian cuisine on the world food map. He believes that learning is an ongoing process that has no limitation or end.


Chef Mohammed lafi – Treasurer

  • Graduated from Hotels Training Center, Amman – Jordan in 1991(food production). Joined the Royal Academy of Culinary Art in 2009 as Culinary Instructor, adding to his 20 years of working experience in 5 stars hotels located in Jordan and the Gulf Area.

  • He has competed and been rewarded with medals from the Culinary Art and Hospitality services both in Jordan and Lebanon. Member of the board as Secretary General of Jordanians Chefs Associatio


Chef Abdallah Abu Obaidah – Clerk

  • Chef Abdullah has over 25 years of experience in hotels and restaurants ,
  • after he graduates from hospitality collage in Amman he starts his career in restaurants and hotels ,
  • currently he is the executive chef for the armed forces hotel ,
  • after his effort and support to the association he join the Jordanian chefs association as a board member in February 2016 .


Chef Jihan Sahawnih - Junior Club Ambassador

 

 

Jihan Sahawneh has a two year diploma from the royal academy of culinary arts in Jordan and a bachelor degree in English literature,

Jihan worked in the industry for the past four year in five stars hotels located in Jordan and united Arab emirates as a pre-opening and opening team in both kitchen and service, then she joined the royal academy of culinary arts as a culinary instructor


Chef Hasan - Board Member

 

Executive chef for the biggest restaurant in Amman with high qualifications in HACCP and culinary Arts,

He achieved  hotel management certificate to gain after that more certificates and achievements, he started his career bath in 1989 until now and worked in outstanding places such as Royal Hashemite Court (royal family) in preparing and cooking weekly menu, and Marriott Amman in charged of Banquet department serving over 500 guests in door and for up to 1000 out door .he work in Dubai as executive chef in alboom tourist village .witch is a very big operation ball room for more than 3000 person ,3 fluting restaurant   

Hassan has HACCP level 4 certificate award in managing food safety in catering (QCF) from high field, he cooked for many presidents in the whole world. And now he is approved  judge in wrold association of chefs societies from 2015 till 2020 , member of wold master chefs                        


Mr.Amer Ibrahim: IT Advisory

 

 

Mr. Amer Ibrahim- IT Advisory 

 

 Amer has a Bachelor Degree from Princess Sumaya University for technology he graduated in 2007, He Has around 10 years’ of experience in IT  field , He Join the Royal Academy of Culinary arts as IT Manager since 2011 to date.

Amer support JCA as volunteer IT Advisory which is really very helpful and appreciated .
